Structural Scan

Before deciding what to do,

Structural Scan is the operational application of Structural Intelligence. It observes the structural conditions of an initiative through Meaning Condition, Structural Loss, and Temporal Delay, and makes that state visible.

Duration is approximately two weeks. The purpose is not improvement recommendations. It is to surface the actual state of the initiative beneath the layer of human gap-filling.
